I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years, consistently ordering the same dishes, so I know for a fact that things have changed. While you may claim that prices haven't increased in the past year, that's not the point—I’ve noticed a significant shrinkage in the size of the chicken rolls and other items. The last two buffalo chicken salads I had had maybe two small pieces of chicken, and they were closer to chicken nuggets than actual pieces of meat. When I brought this up, your staff simply brushed it off. This is disappointing, and I'm not sure if I'll continue to come back.

You can't deny that the size of your chicken rolls and other items has significantly decreased. The last couple of buffalo chicken salads I had contained only a couple of pieces of chicken, which were more like chicken nuggets. When I asked your staff about the rolls, they just shrugged it off.
I stopped by to grab a few takeout items. I tried the sliced truffle mushroom, which was delicious, and the cappellini cake, which was also fantastic. I bought a meat slice that I believe had hot honey on it. Although I didn’t eat that one, the person assisting me said it was really good, and another customer echoed the same sentiment about their slice. I would definitely return to pick up more to-go items. I didn’t realize it was a nice sit-down restaurant as well, so next time, I’ll make a plan to dine in.

I used to visit this place regularly, but the prices have become excessive. Over $6 for a specialty slice? That's outrageous! It's hard to believe how greedy they are or how unreasonably high the operating costs have gotten!
I've been visiting this place for twenty years, and the food is incredible, just like the entire staff, from the counter workers to the waitstaff and kitchen crew. They are both friendly and professional. Eat up!
