Really high quality hand crafted teas and lattes.Plenty seating for groups and individuals alike. Great place to go for a date, to study, and to treat yourself.A bit pricey, but the price is reflected in the kind service and quality of the food and drink.Kid-friendliness: Has a highchair for toddlers. And staff kindly accommodate children and toddlers.Parking: Several paid street parking spots, but usually only 1 or 2 available around lunchtime.It's a short walk from a few full parking lots.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible store, tables, and restroom.

We got Karak tea, Nutty bun and pistachio Bun. The tea flavored well and tasted great. The pistachio bun was on the spot fluffy, light, and the acidity of the orange balanced it very well. However, the nutty bun was a disappointment, it tasted like bread with a slight spread of nutella.Also, there weren’t a lot of seatings need some organization. I wish they had a separate designated area for laptops to have some room for people who wants coffee/eat.

This is a fantastic spot for a treat and some coffee! The coffee was delicious and full-bodied. The staff greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived. There's ample seating both inside and outside. They have a variety of food and pastries, providing plenty of delicious options. I highly recommend Papparoti for your next coffee outing!

A great place to catch up with friends with some delicious eats. Their desserts are amazing and they have a good selection of teas as well.I like how their tables are organized by no laptop table vs other tables and they have individual seating by the window.Also im glad it is not too loud in there. It was a busy place. I ordered a coffee bun, but I was turned off by a mop and bucket next to my table. Two young guys were running the place, but seemed to lack the critical thinking that dirty mop water in an open area is not inviting. Bun was okay. I ate it fast and left.

I visit pretty often and I'm grateful to have a comfortable and welcoming place only a few minutes away from home to have a chat over good food or study. The staff are polite and the service is amazing. Thank you so much for your kind service!

I've visited this restaurant at least three times a week in the evenings for several months. The menu, drinks, and snacks are all fantastic, and the staff is among the friendliest I’ve encountered. I absolutely love this place! Food: 5/5

Very tasty buns! it was something different from waffles and pancakes (which I love). It was full so we had to wait to take a table. Not sure about parking near the place as I parked at the mall and walked till here. Reserva una mesa ahora

Papa Roti have great Coffee, Tea and Buns.The staff are friendly and happy to help recommend a snack or beverage to suit your taste.I enjoyed the Iced Karak Tea (chai) all the buns are great and presented well.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the sandwiches and baked buns are delicious. They also have a wonderful selection of teas.
