In general, the food was good but the service was slow. We waited half an hour to order drinks and food. An hour into our visit we finally received our food. Fair enough. After our meal had arrived, none of the waitresses asked us for refills or dessert, even though several glasses were empty. They didn't even glance at the table, so we had to get up and ask in the bar if we could order a second round. When we asked for the bill,, our group payed separately, but the waiting staff seemed to not pay attention and we got the wrong bills even after repeating what we had ordered. Fair enough. We had two dishes, one OK, one bad. We had one of the worst service expiriences. Outside sitting area is quite nice but loud. Probably the waitress was drunk (3 July 2019) at least she slurred pretty hard and did not care at all. It took here about 15 min to leave the leftovers from the previous guests (after our arrival). Table was dirty, she did not clean it. She commented on the ordered drinks that she would never drink something like that. On top, she was extremely unfriendly and nearly not responsive when not directly yelling at her. She banged our drinks loudly on the table. The service was probably the worst I have experienced. The time of the order was very long. You had to physially go to the bar to get refill on drinks. When we payed, the waitress gave me 10 euros to litte. I told her this, and had to discuss to get my money back. After this we got a lecture about tip culture in Germany, which we were quite aware off, but if the service is horrible (and waiters just take extra money for you), tipping is out of the question.
