I really don't like writing negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary after my experience at Paradis Ice Cream over the weekend. I decided to try a waffle bowl with two scoops: rocky road and another flavor I can't recall. Unfortunately, the waffle bowl tasted stale, and the ice cream lacked flavor. After just a couple of bites, I bit into something hard and crunchy—it turned out to be a piece of plastic in my ice cream! I had to spit it out and ultimately threw the entire treat away.
The ice cream was fine. They do not offer samples to try. The flavors they have available are not that great. I would prefer to go somewhere else. UPDATE: this is in response to the owner...please inform your staff that you allow samples because I asked they said no. I even said well, how will I know if I like it or not? They just looked at me shrugged. My friends went there a few days later were told they couldn 't get samples either.
This was my first time trying this ice cream shop. I got a cookies and cream milkshake, and it was delicious. The place was clean and the young female worker was really nice. All of the ice cream looked really amazing I couldn't decide what I wanted. Overall, I would definitely recommend and continue coming to this place.
Highly recommended! On the day I visited, there were four vegan flavors available. While they weren't quite as creamy and flavorful as the dairy options, they were still delicious. The cones were tasty and crispy as well. The atmosphere was pleasant with seating available both indoors and outdoors. I'll definitely return! Reserva una mesa ahora
I LOVE this ice cream shop. I myself am dairy free and they have tons of delicious dairy free ice cream options as well as fully plant-based options as well. In addition to this, they have listed gluten-free ice cream and it is super allergy friendly ice cream, taste fresh and it's super delicious.
Great variety of ice creams and all homemade including the cones. Very creative flavors and combinations. When we come back we shall treat the family to this taste delight.
Awesome ice cream with amazing flavors, I'm not vegan but loved the peanut butter chocolate vegan ice cream!!! Wish I lived in Sedona for more of this!!
