I’m feeling a bit disappointed after my breakfast experience at Paradise Cafe. According to their website, they open at 7 am daily, but when I arrived at 9:30 am on a Friday, the door was locked. Someone was inside, just staring at their phone. When I knocked, they slowly came to unlock the door without saying a word. When we asked about seating, we were told the grill needed ten minutes to heat up, but then the person went back to their phone and didn’t offer us any water or drinks. We had two small children with us, but although there were high chairs available, none were provided to us.
The menu is in need of an update, and their website should reflect accurate operating hours. A couple of months ago, I went there for lunch, but I had to keep altering my order because several items on the menu weren't available. I decided to give them another chance and opted for a breakfast platter. However, they weren't open at 9 AM as stated on their website, so I had to wait until 10. The eggs and bacon were tasty, but the home fries were a disappointment. I had hoped to get scrapple, but, of course, they didn't have it despite listing it on their menu.
I went here for breakfast not too long ago and ordered the French toast with a side of turkey bacon. The quality of the food and service were both good. They didn't have much business that day so there was only one person working, but he greeted me warmly and cooked my food quickly. I never got the chance to try the food here. The staff, who seem quite inexperienced, attempted to charge me $14.99 for 3 party wings and fries. This was surprising, considering the menu and Uber Eats displayed a different price. It seems like the fries somehow doubled the price of the meal, unless you order fries on their own. Just to clarify, I ordered 3 whole wings with fries.

I arrived at Paradise Cafe at 8 AM to find the lights on, the door unlocked, the heat cranked up, and loud music playing. There was no staff in sight, just a man lying with his legs sticking out from a back booth—he appeared to be asleep or unconscious. I had been excited for a pleasant breakfast, but ended up leaving feeling disappointed and uneasy.
Ordered the French toast powdered sugar and this what they gave me ? It doesn?t even have powdered sugar or whipped cream on it. They could?ve at least gave me it on the side. I was very upset and felt catfished. Maybe their food is only good if you physically go, I wouldn?t get it delivered.
The food is below average, the service is below average, and the overall quality of the atmosphere is below average. The food is overpriced and nasty. Take your money elsewhere!
Service was very good. The food was fast and good. Most was not the best I?ve had but the home fries were amazing and definitely worth coming back for.
