I had a unique request for my espresso shots, which might have affected the quality of the pull. The espresso itself tasted somewhat watered down and lacked the richness and consistency I would expect. Additionally, the volume of the espresso drink was a bit larger than what I've experienced at other places for similar beverages. On a positive note, the shop has a great story and mission within the community. While it may not concern everyone, I would greatly appreciate a more consistent espresso pull to truly showcase the flavors of the beans.
I’ve been looking for the right coffee shop to work from and feel confident that Paramount is it. The atmosphere was cozy, comfortable, and adequate for me to work from. The owners were very sweet, welcoming, and attentive. I ordered an iced coffee and a peppermint mocha — I recommend both. It was evident that many people were regulars and local community members who had a relationship with the owners and family. I look forward to spending more time here and definitely recommend it!
As someone new to the area, I looked up some restaurants on Google and came across several options, but this place really caught my attention. I'm so glad I decided to give it a try! It was just what I needed—peaceful ambiance and an excellent cup of coffee. The delicious slice of banana walnut bread truly made my day better! This hidden gem has quickly become my favorite spot!
I ordered an iced coffee and a croissant via Uber Eats this morning. This was my first experience with Paramount and the iced coffee was DELISH! The croissant was flaky, fresh, and BIG! Loved both and can't wait to try more.

WoW!! BEST COFFEE SHOP in GA! Great atmosphere, plenty of parking and FRIENDLY SERVICE! Fresh made bakery made with LOVE! Definitely worth the trip! Also I see why they made it to the AJC newspaper!
Got a sandwich and an americano. Delicious sandwich and great coffee. Lots of seating, chairs and tables, as well as couches. Good vibes. Seems like a family owned place.
