Park Avenue Bakery

Met with the lovely ladies from Park Avenue at Helena's Bridal fair while there to support a bride-to-be. I've dropped by and purchased items for birthdays, gifts, etc, but as a Celiac with a gluten free diet I'd never even tried any goodies myself. Today... flourless chocolate cake. BEST EVER!!! Light, fluffy, and amazing! Not the thick, dense gloop I've been accustomed to. Best part?! They told me to find a box to take a couple sample squares home with me. I couldn't find anything small, and they FILLED a tray with goodies for me!!!! Customer for life!!!! Thank you Park Avenue!!!
