NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE placed my order for pick over the phone, the lady who answered the phone put me on a lengthy hold, it is the first time im placing an order when the restaurant requires a payment prior to order to be put in, she adamantly refused to place the order without me paying first, when most places have no issues with you paying when you pick up the food, not to mention she had an abrasive tone, all would be worth it if the food was somewhat good, we placed a large order for the office for 6 people, each person ordered different items on the menu, the vote was unanimous, not one person out of 6 liked their meal, it was undercooked way too salty, we order food from local pl...
Delicious fresh made to order meals that offer gluten free and vegan options! We loved Park Avenue Grill from the very first dining experience years ago. We stopped eating out all together during the pandemic and I made some dietary adjustments (gluten free dairy free) so I knew Park Avenue Grill would be the place to go once I felt comfortable eating out again. I got my favorite breakfast dish and subbed gluten free toast. Delicious as always! The owner is great and the staff is always on point.
There was little to wait for what I loved. The staff was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere feels like you're sitting in a house. It is very cozy, the decor adds a beautiful little touch. We order lattes and they were amazing. We came on a busy Sunday, but the food didn't last more than 20 minutes. My wife got the chicken and waffles 10/10 and I also got the pancakes Tacos 10/10. Overall, I highly recommend getting to this facility.
I don't eat gluten or dairy these days, and the food here was safe to eat and really delicious. The only thing not worthy that was less than positive was that they didn't seem to have enough staff, so things were a bit chaotic. The server was really nice and cognizant that we were on a time crunch. Also, it's street parking which can be hard to find sometimes. I ate this morning. I had the vegan Burger and Pommes. I also had an almond latte. The waitress was very accommodating. She made it vegan for me. For the desert I had the double chocolate cupcake (also vegan). You have other vegan options on the vegan and gluten-free menu. Remember to ask for it. It's a cozy little café. I enjoyed being there. The staff was helpful and had a smile on their faces.
Park Avenue grill was highly recommended on long island gluten free group. The place was so cozy and friendly. They have a special gf menu. We came back Saturday (with reservations) and I had the wedge salad with shrimp. Also gf. Knowing this place is by my salon is also helpful in case I want to order lunch. We'll be back for the amazing breakfast they offer !!
Stopped in for a quick bite after traveling from Virginia all morning and this is a fabulous little spot. The food was amazing and the Almond Joy latte was a wonderful sweet treat and pick me up!
