a total waste of money. probably the worst place to stay when they go to gstaad for a row of reasons. first the service is very bad, most employees are not trained and do not know the basis of hospitality. second, many hidden sue. we enjoyed this very cohesive hotel with real typical Swiss alps and at the same time a cool relaxing atmosphere. a really friendly staff and authentic 5 stars quality of services. all sectors work great. great restaurants, verandas, spa, pool and view around the windows of the magnificent rooms and the upper floor lobbys. a beautiful dress.
