I visited the bagel shop this afternoon for a snack and a drink. While waiting at the counter, I noticed that the staff completely overlooked me. After a few moments, I spoke up to say that I wanted to pay for my order, but I was still ignored. A gentleman walked in a few minutes later, and they immediately attended to him while I continued to be overlooked. After waiting a bit longer, I decided to leave my items on the counter and walk out. I felt really disrespected by the lack of service, and it's disappointing that some people choose not to help for reasons unknown. I ended up going to another store to get what I needed. I love love love love love this deli/bagel spot. I can strongly say this is the best deli I have ever been to. They are so fast and they make their food so freshly, it is always delicious and never disappointing. The staff are super nice and speedy when making your food. They always make it how you ask for it, which is amazing! I usually go to grab a sandwich, but they do have a few tables you can eat inside. It's definitely more of a take out place. It's very clean inside and they have lots of beverage options and other things like pasta salad, pickles, prepared wraps and salads that you can pick up too. SO SO good you must try, it's great!!
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant – it's not worth your time or money. The food is mediocre, and they get your order wrong every single time. The staff seems more interested in chatting among themselves than in preparing the meals you've ordered. To be honest, the food isn't even good enough to justify the inconvenience. You'd be better off dining anywhere else.
The bagel is really good. It's soft, but it has its soft crunch. Just the right amount of cream cheese and the spread wasn't overboard or just have an average amount. When you have to lick the cream cheese that is falling off the bagel, you know it's good. 5 out of 5 my personal rating. I would go in and get more.

Great experience here today very good, quick service and reasonable prices. I really liked that you order and pickup from the same counter; it's so much less complicated. Great snack, and drink selection too.
This restaurant in Bronxville is extremely busy and well-loved. They offer a wide variety of options, all of excellent quality. Breakfast is served, and the place opens early to accommodate guests.
They don’t wear gloves when touching your bagel. Or they use the same gloves the touch the cashier, money and everything else with. It’s disgusting
Really great bagels! The smell of Bagels from this store on the street is incredible. Highly recommend. Great service as well.
