Perhaps the best customer experience I ever had anywhere. I had to order wein for a non-profit event that I coordinated; not my skills set. lisa could not have been more helpful or nicer, and the same applies to the entire staff. there are some fears that coordinate such a thing, but each call was a pleasure, and each email response was instant. If I could give 10 stars, I would. in that I will start drinking more, only so I can give them more business; they deserve it!
