Parkhotel Wallberg

i haven't been to the wallberg for at least 15 years. so i was really looking forward to seeing my old place again.the decoration was nice (especially with the xmas extras) and it seemed as if i have never been away. service was pleasant , i guess.food was just boring. it seemed that time stood still. no innovation. nüssli-salad mit ei and the meat with noodles. i have to admit that for fr. 160-. for 2 people i was expecting more,

I was here about one month ago. The restaurant is ok. I hear it will close for a long time now for renovation. I think this is badly needed. The service was pretty poor. The menu was excellent, many things I fancied. Went for the King Prawns and they were excellent. Was not so keen on the pile of vegetables served with it.

Nice hotel, quiet, Rooms are not big but it is enough and you have a desk to work if needed. Very good Wifi Restaurant in the hotel very practical Restaurant à little bit expensive but good food. Reasonable price for the services.
