Wir haben dort abends auf Vorbestellung eine ganze Gans gegessen. Die Gans wurde am Tisch von dem Koch perfekt tranchiert! Es waren alle Beilagen dabei: Kartoffelklöße, Rot- und Rosenkohl, Maronen, Bratapfel und viel Sauce! Alles war perfekt zubereitet. Die Gans war sehr knusprig, saftig und zart. Die Beilagen waren perfekt zubereitet.Nachschlag wurde mehrfach angeboten! Dazu hatten wir Mineralwasser und eine Flasche Primitivo, der auch sehr lecker war, getrunken! Hervorzuheben ist auch der äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Service, der das Ganze abrundete und uns einen wunderbaren Abend bereitete. Bei richtig heißen Sommerwetter im Restaurant Rheinaue mit Freunden zusammen gesessen. Leichter Wind machte es super erträglich. Essen wie immer ausgezeichnet. Und der Service sehr zuvorkommend!!
