On 27.1. we visited the small restaurant in Weisenheim in larger society (16 persons). It is located in a small valley, from the parking lot you can easily reach it via an illuminated footpath of about 60 m. The lighting is appealing, also the design in front of the restaurant. Inside it is cozy and clean. Since the place has been under new leadership for about a year, an assessment is appropriate here. Welcome and service were very friendly. The kitchen is civic, it was eaten gypsy carving, Rumpsteak, Schnitzel Wiener Art, Zurich's sprinkled, duck and small pigshaxen. We enjoyed the weekend to try out the Steakwoche with offers around the globe and were very satisfied by the bank away. The food was super delicious and the service was very nice and welcoming. Due to the change of owner/attendant, the parking bay definitely has dropped the bad image that could arise from the previous old reviews. I would call the cosy restaurant Parkschänke on the edge of the forest of Weisenheim am Sand as a secret tip for good bourgeois cuisine with international flair. In any case, I would like to recommend the restaurant.
We had already traveled spontaneously to the parking bay some time ago and had the great luck to enjoy the last day of the International Steak Week. I had a 400g Texas steak with Western potatoes and Sour Cream. Every bite of a poem. We would like to repeat this!!!! When is there another Steak week?
It was better, unfortunately the result of the kitchen is very different. From super delicious to sweet and desalinated everything is to have. Why this is so, I'm a mystery.
