I have visited this location a few times, this was probably my or visit and may very well be my last. I went for a bday outing of us) and incidents occurred that really upset me. The first being a hostess, coming over to tell me that they had a large party who had a reservation she needed 'our' table. I also dined here with a 'reservation' we were waiting on our dessert. My family was so taken aback by this, we spoke to the manager who was apologetic told me to take our time. Then once we finished the desert, my brother son split the bill and inserted the cash into the pad. This was our second time and we really wanted good and quality food. We got that for sure out of But the seating was horrible. We first got seated at a high top towards the back on the left side of the private party room. People had to pass out seating to go to the bathroom. Servers had to pass us to get to the registers. It was def unpleasant. I spoke to the manager on duty and she immediately moved us. She was awesome. Everything that was being thrown her way she handled it well. I commend her for staying focused and professional. We will def be back for the awesome food

Our server was Dominique. He was excellent in the beginning. Then he disappeared. He came back about minutes later and said it was an emergency and he was no longer our server. We sat for a while longer and literally had to search for a server and ask for our check. I’ve been here a few times and never experienced this kind of service. We were leaving and looked outside to see all the servers sitting outback smoking. Just awful

Food was excellent. Service Fair. Noise level was very distracting, as you could not have a conversation. Background music not helpful, as it was different types of music at the same time. Need some sound absorbtion as people and general noise is acoustically not beneficial for a moderate priced restaurant, which otherwise has a very nice ambience. Honestly, the service was terrible! Not attentive, drinks sitting empty, table full of dishes, never checking in... brought us a dessert menu and just dropped it off never said a word. Then about minutes later brought us the bill, which was split. We did not ask for it to be which made it awkward to now be able to treat my friend. ugh Food was fantastic!!

My husband and I went to dine for our anniversary. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was spot on. Our server seemed to be a bit too busy. The greeter wished us a Happy Anniversary but our server was…let’s just say he was too busy. Overall we really enjoyed our dinner. I wished the experience was a little more personal

Good food was marred by a minute wait for our server to come to our table the first time. The restaurant was very warm inside and a screaming baby did not help. I've been here before and the service was much better. Not sure I can recommend due to the wait and the cost of the meal

We enjoyed our time at Parkside District, we came to celebrate a birthday and Bri as well as our server Hilario ensured that we were taken care of. It was a really nice experience, great atmosphere, good staff and overall nice place Reserva una mesa ahora

Cornbread was wonderful. The fritters are very good. Shrimp was tough and warm not hot. Salad was ok but nothing special. Very loud today. Kinda pricey for what we got
