This diner is one of the hidden gems of Scarsdale. From it's outward appearance I wasn't expecting much. It looked like your average town diner. We were greeted and served by an excellent diner staff, but what surprised me most was how amazing our meals were. I ordered a swiss, bacon, onion omelet with a side of home fries. Which was savory and delicious. I also ordered some sweet potato pancakes with bananas in them. I have to admit those were some of the best pancakes I've ever had in my life. Absolutely delicious and will definitely be going back for more.
This cafe is the best! First time in NY and we started our road trip with this local gem. We popped in on a Saturday morning at basically the busiest time of the morning! We lucked out and sat at the counter which I'm not entirely sure was ok with the staff at the time, but they didn't say anything. We had front row seats to the chef's entertainment. Our breakfast was awesome! We could have shared a meal, but we ordered two meals. My omelet was awesome, and my husband loved his ham breakfast sandwich. The homefries are so good! You won't be disappointed!
Although it is small, we always manage to get a table quickly. Now that they have outdoor seating, that adds to the convenience of quick seating. Food is awesome. I can only speak to breakfast, and the California omelet, as that is what I go there for....The home fries are awesome and so much better than any other diner in the area. Coffee is great and plentiful. The cooks are sharp, and food comes out quickly. Staff are friendly. Just a nice small diner in Scarsdale. I will always go there.
The seating at the booths and bar is quite tight, making it difficult for anyone who isn’t slim to fit comfortably. I've heard that the food is excellent, so I recommend ordering takeout or sitting outside when the weather permits. The servers were friendly and professional, and the restaurant appears clean and well-maintained. I was eager to try the delicious food, but the tables just don't accommodate everyone.

The service is excellent, the food is quite good, and the location is fantastic. However, the atmosphere is an issue. The two cooks at the bar tend to yell and disrupt the waitstaff, which is quite bothersome. They even seem to bully some of the other employees.
This restaurant offers fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes, resembling a classic diner, but nothing stands out as extraordinary. While the staff may not be overly friendly, they are professional and attentive to your needs.
I've been visiting this restaurant with my family since my high school days. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and the food is consistently delicious. It's truly a beloved local establishment!
Food good. Service was a little slow but it doesn't help that with the few seats available, patrons think its ok to sit 20 30 mins after finishing their meals

Great food and amazing service. They are very busy but they do their best to make you aware before you order how long it will take. Tremendous service
