ORIGINAL REVIEW: Parlour offers some menu items that sound more appealing in theory than they are in practice. I ordered the BBQ grilled cheese and loaded fries. While the fries were decent, they were light on toppings and smaller than the usual fries portion. The grilled cheese was just okay; the BBQ sauce was somewhat dry, and I couldn't identify the cheeses used, which didn't contribute much flavor. On the positive side, the bread was crunchy and not soggy. Overall, I found the portions to be on the smaller side while the prices leaned towards the higher end. Additionally, they add a 5% fee to each order to help cover health benefits for their employees, which struck me as a bit unusual—t...

St. Paul Local The cocktails, food, and atmosphere are all elevated (so are the prices). The old fashion was fantastic! I ordered their semi famous burger. It has to be the best looking burger i’ve ever seen. It’s taste was top tier, meet flavors were great, cheese was great, bun was superb, thick cut delicious bacon, the egg was gorgeous although slightly over cooked. I would recommend to anybody, perhaps in my top 10 favorite burgers. I wish they could serve the burger medium rare but my server insisted well done was the only way to have it. I also wish they had some kind of burger sauce to accompany. The fries and swiss aioli are a must, although they don’t come with the burger and togeth...

The Parlour burger truly impressed me. The meat was excellent, and the egg on top added the perfect finishing touch. My only complaint was the $4 bacon upgrade, which came with just a small piece of bacon on the burger. Aside from that, I was very happy with the burger itself. The old fashioned and other specialty cocktails were exceptional. The service stood out as well, and I really appreciated it. However, the hash browns were disappointing; they tasted like they had been cooked the day before and served cold. The loaded fries were okay, definitely better than the hash browns. Next time, I’ll pick a different side.

We've been visiting Parlour St. Paul for years, and it's well-known for its Parlor Burger. The restaurant is always busy, the staff is friendly, and their old fashioneds are excellent. The Parlor Burger itself is a perfectly cooked blend of three types of meat, topped with cheese and served on a toasted bun. You can also add egg and bacon, which I highly recommend. Give it a try and you'll understand why I gladly give this fantastic spot 5 stars. Reserva una mesa ahora

Really good service friendly bartenders and servers. The food was hit and miss. We tried the country fried steak which was not great the crust was a little soggy and the gravy tasted like the flour hadn't been cooked out enough but the Parlor burger and fries were wonderful. Great cocktails! I recommend the **** and the peach cobbler if available, it was the cocktail of the moment.

Wow! We got reservations in the smaller dining room at 5:30 for dinner before a Wild game. The cheeseburgers were delicious! I got one with an egg, which was perfectly cooked sunny side up. I am picky about French fries. Parlour’s fries wereperfect! Tried the King Pao Brussels sprouts. Another good dish! The non-alcoholic beer from Athletic Brewing was also astandout.

While in town for a wedding, Parlour was highly recommended for their old fashioned burger… and that’s exactly what we ordered. We all ordered our own drinks and split the burger (four ways haha because we this was a second lunch)…Bothdelicious. We ended up ordering a second burger to split again and multiple Old Fashioneds. If we return to St Paul, I’d gohere again! Reserva una mesa ahora

Without a doubt, this is the best burger in the city, complemented by an outstanding menu. I highly recommend the chicken dumplings and mac and cheese. The cocktails are exceptional, featuring one of the best Old Fashioneds I've ever tasted! Food: 5/5
