Huge fan of this place! My husband and I ordered from here a number of times (called hero shop when getting takeout on some of the delivery sites) before I ventured into the store. I am SO GLAD I did!! It smells wonderful and all of the food choices are awesome. I was like a little kid in a candy store wanting to buy homemade pastas, sauces pizza, cheese, meats, pre made dinners and salads. I would say on a weekly basis we get their deli meats and cheeses and they are always fresh and delicious. I also enjoy their fresh mozzarella, broccoli rabe with grilled chicken and their to go salads. The folks who work in here are very patient and nice. They are also knowledgeable about their selection...
I've never had an issue here before and even bought meat last time here because the meat didn't look fresh at associated down the street and tonight I came in for more meat today and it didn't smell fresh so I went back to exchange it and the gentleman at the counter was telling me nothing is wrong with the meat and how my family won't get sick from it and that I'm wrong.. two of us said it didn't smell right and when you spend $30 on meat it should smell fresh.. even asking other customers in the store if the meat I brought back looked bad.. not very customer friendly or appropriate when all I wanted to do was exchange it but ended up asking for my money back because it's not worth being in...
Decided to get Parma Market for lunch today on a recommendation. While the prepared meats looked phenomenal and the Italian products on the shelf looked great, the sandwich I ordered was somewhat disappointing. I got the Arthur Avenue special and while the bread was soft, prosciutto was excellent as well as the roasted red peppers, the chicken cutlets were extremely flat and hard as a rock. I'm sure this was just one experience seeing the rest of the reviews on here but sandwich def woulda been amazing if not for the chicken.
Very good deli all the sandwiches are great. Honey chicken fingers are always consistently good. The personal pizzas for $7 are always great too. Amazing staff.

Great food selection for italian specialty items and sandwiches. Fresh made mozzarella is delicious. Made to order sandwiches, sides, and prepared meals.
Had the chicken pot pie, it was EXCELLENT. Will be returning for another one and to try something else. Their baguettes are good also.
Ordered the Chicken Cutlet Supreme . Contained 1 thin slice of red pepper and a paper-thin slice of fresh mozzarella. Underwhelming.
We catered in yesterday from here with sandwich platters and salads. Absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh. Highly recommend

Great selection of Italian meats and sandwiches. A bit on the expensive side, but sometimes it’s worth it.
Food is great so is service great place to go to pick up food when you are not in the mood to cook
