As a rental location, it's okay, enough space, warm and the medical facilities are clean. Kitchen and dishwasher are there. There's nothing to complain about. There are some car parking spaces, but not secured and not enough.

A good opportunity to organize larger family celebrations... very nice landlord... well located property... invites you to go for a walk after extensive enjoyment of food and drinks (but you have to get them yourself)
