Pasargades is a true gem—run by a lovely and welcoming family that instantly made me feel like I was stepping into a relative’s home for dinner. Extremely poor customer service, Ordered a meal for a special occasion and had to wait for 30 minutes to pick it up even though it was ordered two days prior with an exact pick up time as instructed by the restaurant. To add insult to injury we got the wrong order and only found out once we got home. The manager was extremely rude. Speaking to her on the phone, she refused to understand that we were disappointed and insisted that unless we bring back the order, we were basically stuck with it since it was the same price to what we should've gotten. No apologies, no courtesy, no goodwill Just awful, awful, attitude, and zero customer service.
