We waited 20 mins in front of the staff in the waiting area before they even acknowledged us. When they did acknowledge us, they just pointed at us and said very aggressively "you, 5 more minutes, ok?". We decided to leave and clearly by looking at other reviews there we were right to do so. Never set foot in there, you will regret it. Run.
