I’ve been ordering the Family Meal for curbside pickup once a month since the pandemic started. Pasta House used to have everything down, providing great food along with a smooth pickup process. However, I’ve noticed that the portion sizes of the pasta have been getting smaller over time. What used to come in a container measuring about 8.5 by 11.5 inches has now shrunk to a container about 8.5 by 5 inches, and tonight, that smaller container was only half full of pasta. Since the start of the pandemic, I've been ordering the family meal from Pasta The House once a month. The food has always been good, and the pickup process is well organized. However, I've noticed that the portion sizes have decreased over time. What initially came in a container sized between 8.5 to 11.5 inches has now shrunk to about 8.5 inches, and it was only half full tonight. I called the restaurant to check if there had been a mistake, and I was informed that this is now their new standard portion. We had four adults, each averaging around 150 pounds, and we were still hungry after finishing the meal. Although the food was still delicious, it simply wasn’t enough for four people.
I reside on the East Coast and wanted to send lunch to a client's office in St. Louis. They recommended Pasta House, saying it was always good. I called the Creve Coeur location, and a very pleasant young lady assisted me with my order (I opted for the Roman Feast). Everything was flawless, from the ordering process to receiving my requested receipt via email, not to mention the food itself. My client couldn't stop praising how delicious everything was, and the delivery was exactly on time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I wish I lived closer so I could enjoy your food myself! I've heard that your toasted ravioli is unbeatable.
Thomas was an outstanding waiter. We never had to ask for anything; he was always there, refilling our drinks. He noticed that my order was incorrect before I even realized it and promptly took care of it. He even remembered my drink order when I forgot! I will definitely be returning and asking for him specifically.

I give this restaurant 5 stars because the staff was fantastic. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The red pasta sauce had a sweet flavor, which wasn't my personal preference, but it was still good. The salad, on the other hand, was excellent.

I must say that my server, Heather, made me feel very welcome. She even went out of her way to offer me samples of the soups, which I often enjoy. I observed her attentiveness throughout my visit.

What can I say? Wow! The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic. I recommend sticking to the pasta, as that's what they're famous for.
