It 's been years that I haven 't bought anything from the shop in Algorta living abroad and... what a disappointment!!! It 's not what it used to be. The attention was rather naughty and the pastries and Roscon (pre ordered 18€ for the small one) couldn 't have been worse. So bad that I rather buy the stuff from any supermarket, even if it means that the products might be industrial ish . Too bad; never again

Excellent service, staff members go the extra mile to complete your needs. They are friendly and professional. The cakes are amazing and excellent for a special occasion or just afternoon tea. I would strongly recommend their shop. Thank you so much.

Me encantan los tazones de mantequilla de este lugar. también el chocolate a la taza, es espectacular. Es chocolate real y no como en la mayoría de los lugares que ponen un chocolate en la taza que parece un paladín más que cualquier otra cosa.

Pasta típica de bilbao, saborearemos los tornillos de mantequilla. No estaban mal.
