Pasteur's Noodle Soup

Was asked repeatedly Why you come so late? Why do you accept orders at that time? Why did you seat a table at the exact time you said that to me? Why not just deny orders at a certain time? I placed an order at 8 and picked it up after 9:20 while they close at 10. Is a pickup order at that time enough to ask me that 3 times while you simultaneously sat another table as I arrived to pickup a takeout order? They didn 't get any flack. I 'm getting my food takeout, I know I will have to reheat it, I 'm not concerned about that because I 'm picking it up later before you officially close and still seat people. Paid for 2 orders of the spring rolls on a to go order with my chicken pho and ban mi.... only to realize I paid for 2 orders of spring rolls but only received one order in my bag. I realized this only after making it to my home in seattle.. food is great, but I don't like not receiving what I paid for.. checking items before knotting up the bag is not rocket science..... if I could take back the generous tipI left the waiter on the to go order i placed in person i would. Will never tip on a to go order again.

I've been going to this restaurant for over 10 years and it hasn't changed a bit, thank goodness! Phở Sate, lemongrass beef curry and rice, and their fresh spring rolls...a meal for two with leftovers. so flavorful!

I got the bun bo hue. By far the best bun bo hue I’ve had up north of Seattle. The fried chicken was also very good. My partner got a different noodle couple which was okay. Overall experience was great. Reserva una mesa ahora

This was my third visit, but personally, the soup was too salty and the noodles were too spread, so I couldn't feel the texture at all. I really like rice noodles, but I was disappointed.

Good Vietnamese food, I'll be back! Chicken salad, fresh spring rolls, yummy Nước Chấm! This food makes me happy without the fast food hangover.
