"I would choose this spot over any Jewish deli, even the upscale ones like Katz or Harold's. A diet cherry soda paired with a pastrami sandwich from here is pure comfort food for the soul."

We were very happy with the food. Didn't have to wait long at all. The coleslaw was fabulous. They refill that and the pickles. Knish was very soft inside although difficult to cut. Matzo ball was huge! Lean pastrami was tasty. French fries crisp. Love that the burgers are done on a grill! The waitress, Sharon, was superb. She made sure to accommodate us in every way possible. Guys up front were super friendly, caring, and all had smiles. The team really shows concern as to whether you enjoyed the experience. Atmosphere is old- fashioned, but that's the vibe they are going for. Even took a deconstructed hot dog to go! It's nice to know there's a good place to go to in Suffolk Service: Dine i...

I thought the pastrami at Sarge's Deli on 3rd in Manhattan was good. But not as good as this 40-year-old kosher deli in Commack. The rye bread held together well, the hot, thinly sliced pastrami... freshly made. The rye bread did not fall apart like at other delis. My cup of split pea soup was deeply satisfying, fully flavored; you don't see this on menus. My husband's chicken in a pot soup w/Matzoh Ball was a fully loaded chicken noodle soup, served piping hot full of flavor that comes from days of simmering. We also enjoyed the potato pancakes with applesauce. Potato pancakes looked like fried bone-in chicken breasts. And the applesauce was homemade as well, not sickeningly sweet, but ligh...

I recommend trying the square knish and a bowl of matzo ball soup; you’ll be so full you won’t want to go anywhere for a while, all for just $27. Recently, they started offering a pastrami and corned beef combo on the same sandwich. The corned beef brings a bit less saltiness compared to the pastrami’s smoky flavor, which balances things out nicely. Their split pea soup is also excellent, and surprisingly, it doesn't have chicken in it. I usually add ham to mine, but it’s really delicious just as it is. I'm not sure how they achieve such great flavors!

Pastrami N Friends is absolutely fantastic! It has a genuine Kosher deli atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. You must try the pastrami sandwich; it was incredibly delicious and juicy. The chicken matzo ball soup was flavorful, and even the burgers were excellent. The service was outstanding; our waitress was attentive and friendly, and the staff behind the counter were also very pleasant. This was our first visit, and we loved it so much! We highly recommend this place and can't wait to return with family and friends! Reserva una mesa ahora

For 30 years. Good food. The prices are quite high, but all too. The chicken is very good. It's always great for a cnic and a hot dog. The pastrami cannot be beaten. I recommend pastrami and friends. Love the sports photos on the walls. Special place in Commack. During the height of the pandemic the line was outside and around, but you know what, it was worth waiting. A big thumb to the boys.

Fantastic pastrami! The flavor was excellent, with just the right amount of fat. The sandwich was generously topped with deli mustard and served for lunch. Keep in mind that great pastrami can be a bit pricey, so if you're watching your budget, the $20 for a sandwich, chips, and a Snapple might not be the best choice. However, for everyone else, it's definitely worth it!

Love love love this place! Reminiscent of an Old school Brooklyn Kosher Deli back in the day. Pastrami is delicious always very juicy! Franks have the Coney Island snap you look for and the pea soup rocks. I enjoy seeing the Homage to Brooklyn all around me. Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent !! Pastrami and Corned Beef were very tasty. They give you very good pickles and Cole slaw for the table when you sit down. The picture is of their deli case that has amazing kugel and other items.
