Patate et Persil - Reserva de mesa

This is one of my favorite places, and I've been coming here regularly for years. I've always loved the quirkiness, funky food and drinks, and ambiance. However, my past few visits have left me cold. I understand that costs are rising and employees are hard to come by, but Patate et Persil can surely do better! The past few visits, the food has been okay; as mentioned in other reviews, the food sometimes arrives cold or burnt (especially the fries). This matters when you're paying more for your food. Excellent food and a wealth of options. Nearly all meals have vegetarian alternatives too! It's tucked away from the bustle of the 20/Harwood but incredibly close to Vaudreuil proper. The atmosphere and decor is lovely and sitting by the water was fantastic. I tried the special, a Portuguese chicken poutine, which was super tasty but too salty for me. (I am kinda sensitive to salty though) The only thing I didn't like was the water they brought to the table. It tasted kind of salty, or just like straight tepid tap water. It was really not enjoyable. If you don't want to buy a drink, bring your own water.

Love this place. Great fries and curly fries and my whole family (including the kids) loves the veggie wrap. I just realized another reason I love this place is that they don’t have televisions everywhere like most other restaurants. We can actually enjoy a nice family meal without the kids staring at a screen.

Beautiful place and very friendly staff! The fries are very good and the sauces are delicious. The outdoor terrace is beautiful by the water. I love the maps that are on the wallpaper of the bathroom. Also, the little colourful lights in the small hall to go into the bathroom are very cool as well. Reserva una mesa ahora

The terrace is one of my favourite spots to have lunch or a drink in the Montreal area. Good for families, a great spot to grab a pint while out for a ride. It is pretty busy in the summer time but luckily the tables turn quite quickly so bring your patience it’s worth it

Nice place and service but the price of the food was super expensive for 2 mini tacos And you can’t choose which table you want you have to wait until the next one

A true gem! Staff is very friendly, food is well priced and tasty. The vibe of the resto is what ties it all together, good ambiance and fun quirks place all over.
