We started with cidre en fut, and homard with a vanilla celeriac mash. Yum. Then we diverged with a steak frites, petoncle with small dabs of pulled bbq pork, and a pork chop over beans. All yum. We ended the divine repast with pudding chomeur and carrot cake. The pudding is out-of-this-world. Instead of cream or ice cream on the top, they melt a bit of cheddar. Ahhh. Could not be better that. Great spot.

Otherwise, the place is great for dinner with a group of friends where originality is in the napkins, pot Masson drinks and in the presentation of the menu. After three months of operation, a lot of things have changed on the menu and the chefs improve their plates constantly therefore it deserves to be given some time and more than one visit. Easily my best meal in Quebec City. We attempted L'affaire Est Ketchup, but they were full and recommend we go to Patente et Machin down the street. What a great place. The servers were great, so friendly, fun. The chef was something else. We had seats at the bar, best seats in the house by far, and the chef was in the zone, and created amazing meals! The bison is absolutely spectacular, and I would definitely have it again. My friends had the steak frites and the ragout, and those are also amazing. We left full and satisfied, and smiling.

this restaurant has received numerous Rave reviews, and therefore I have stopped the point when visiting qc city. I was very disappointed. the service was friendly enough, but eating was uninteresting. although the waiter described everything on the menu, and it sounded orgasm, it made me high and dry. it does not require much skill for a cook to make everything in animal fat and then fill it with Fois grass; that was only. this restaurant leaves something to wish.

large discovery! casual waiter and decor, louder kroud. eating is creative, elegant and juicy. Different tastes from one dish to another. local products are preferred. interesting wine card.

Saw these guys on Anthony Bourdain and it was nothing short of expectations, AMAZING! Recommend this place over Panache when visiting Quebec. The food was exceptional and so was the staff.
