Páteo - Reserva de mesa

Been here for dinner and the experience wasn’t the best. Lovely place secluded from the crowds, but the service is bad (slow, unfriendly and with mistakes), the food was very disappointing as the starter “Linguiça Assada”, the bread, and even the stake on my dish were all very hard, making everything unpleasant to eat. On top of that this restaurant allows dogs in. Trying to enjoy your family dinner with barking near your tiny table is unacceptable, specially when paying 80€ for 3 person dinner with no deserts included. Quite expensive.

Conheço bem Évora mas não conhecia este restaurante que descobri em 2023 com um casal de amigos que vieram passar uns dias em Portugal. Descobrimo-lo enquanto percorríamos as ruelas e foi uma agradável surpresa. O restaurante estava prestes a fechar porque já era tarde e fomos recebidos soberbamente por um dos garçons que falava um pouco de francês. Nós realmente nos divertimos e o cenário é realmente incomum e agradável. Um desvio necessário sempre que se passa por Évora. Boas-vindas, pratos, ambiente, tudo perfeito. Eu recomendo.

We visited Pateo for dinner. Its a secluded restaurant, away from the crowd if you are looking for a quite place. Restaurant was full during the time we were there, service was a bit slow and they made several mistakes to our order. Waiter came to apologize several times for mistakes we still enjoyed our experience. We ordered platter for 2 cold cuts and cheese everything tasted good, but there is too much strong cheese we couldn't finish it. We also had soup and pork cheeks delicious.

Wow. We traveled south of Portugal and this place wins for food taste. Vibe 10/10 Prices 8/10 Wild soup 10/10 Sweet potato purè 8/10 mushroom with truffle oil 7/10 cinnamon cake 9/10 almond cake 9/10 service 10/10 (my partner was manager of a very high final rest) and I evaluate it 12/10. One of the best waiters I've ever had. I don't know why there are haters. We could sit here for hours when we came to dinner. Reserva una mesa ahora

Beautiful atmosphere and some of the best food we have eaten during the trip around Portugal. We had the steak and ribs that were both delicious and good entrees. Friendly staff and service. Would recommend!

Lugar muito bonito, o restaurante tinha um pátio espetacular com vários pratos com carne ou vegetarianos. O preço era um pouco elevado pelo tamanha dos pratos, mas gostamos na mesma.

Vale pelo espaço, mas abusa no preço para a qualidade do que se come. Mas em Évora, já é comum que assim seja… 30€ por pessoa sem sobremesas nem vinho, fica exagerado…
