We picked up cake for my 6 year old’s birthday. Everyone of my guests were honest with me and said it was a flavourless, tasteless cake. They just couldn’t eat it.I tasted it and was shocked. It was horrible.I had to throw the whole cake out.I politely went to speak to the manager. I explained that I wasn’t necessarily looking for a $30 refund, I just was hoping they would do something. I was looking for a white creamy cake with strawberries for a relative's birthday and found the perfect one here! Everyone loved it. Also, the employee remained very nice with me even though there were many other people to serve, and I had issues with my debit card... Thank you for your patience!
Staff is very attentive, pastries are good,Christmas tiramisu log was quite good,everything we have ever purchased is always reliable and fresh. None of the products are exceptional but then prices are reasonable.We believe this is a honest hard working group that deserves our loyalty.Thanks
I purchased a black forest cake for Mother's Day, only to discover that it was completely frozen. This was very disappointing. The cake itself was quite bland in taste, lacking enough chocolate and overall not suitable for a Mother's Day gift. I do not recommend this place.

This restaurant continuously got my order wrong three times. I specifically asked for almond paste around and on top of the cake, but each time I went to pick up my order, there was no almond paste on the side. They should find a new bakery for custom cakes.
The restaurant claimed to be open until 7:00 pm, but when I tried to order something at 6:45, they refused to serve me. It's frustrating that they advertise a closing time of 7:00 pm but stop serving customers before then.
I ordered hundreds of paint red pizza here. usually very good, but not sure whether this is the new standard, but extra thin crust carefully. if nto pasteten are always delicious.
Bought 2 cakes for a birthday and found human hair in the cake. Called their phone number 2 times… no one answered

Delicious pizza marinara, great challah and rye bread. Friendly staff and great selection of sweets!
Very good Strawberry shortcake,not too sweet, the cake was on the light side not dense.
