Patisserie New York has awesome New York style cheesecakes - not your average Cheesecake Shop variety but you pay top dollar for them. Their selection is great, I've only ever tried a few varieties of their cheesecakes & all were excellent.I just baulk at spending $40+ on a small cheesecake & as they a made smaller in diameter but thicker they're difficult to divide up between a larger group without serving up a super thin sliver.But if you're feeding a smaller group of people of you're happy to drop some big bucks buying several cakes, there are many great options & everything we've tried has been really tasty.
I wanted an easy prep Christmas and plattered everything including a dessert selection for my family. I decided I didn't want to cook as I did not have a lot of time but still wanted great quality.I googled the places with my family's dessert choices. I found NY patisserie to have wide and pleasing selection of choices.The site was clean and easily located and accessible. The display was visually pleasing.
I was told about this little gem by my sons girlfriend. Walked in and was instantly amazed by all of the beautiful cakes on display. I chose a cappuccino and a chocolate mud cake. The coffee was amazing and so was the cake ! A good size portion, nicely served with really helpful staff. The premises were in good order and looked very clean. Fantastic !
This patisserie/cafe has a huge selection of delicious cakes, tortes and gateauxs.That not only taste good but look spectacular. The coffee is amazing. This is truly a great find in the heart of Caringbah.The prices are very reasonable and you can order and personalise your cake for that special occasion on line via their website. Love it!

The selection of cakes is amazing.I have sampled around 10 different ones and have never been disappointed. The lemon and lime cheesecake is to die for. Cakes are a bit on the expensive side with coffee and cake for 2 at over $20. Good for an indulgence every once in a while on a special occasion.
Beautiful food but sadly lacking in service. I understand that stores have closing times but to be asked to leave at 3pm on a Sunday as other customers were before being able to finish what I'd bought I feel is poor. Perhaps close at 2.30pm so that by 3pm everyone is finished.
Expensive pastries, cakes and sausage rolls/pies. They serve all the classic cheesecakes and cakes.However this place was one of the first gourmet patisserie’s in the Shire and provided a high quality products. Recommend the lemon meringue and also the chock rock curls.
Have been buying celebration cakes here for many years. Lovely cakes! Good for afternoon/morning coffee too. So many cakes to try. Think I may have tried all of them now!

Had a take away caramel cheese cake from here and it is sensational. Nicest cake I've ever eaten. Not a real sweet tooth either but this was great.
Lots of cakes in the window as well as single portions. They also sell a very savouries like quiches. Good for a quick bite and coffee.
