A person picked us at the entrance for a “ hello do you have a pass? Then explained to us that it was absolutely not possible to eat an ice because they had to have “all rowed for 17.30”. Asking us to be understanding. So we left. Two times two balls of ice plus two bottles of water could have seemed playable to serve and serve in 30 minutes but each of its priorities. In any case, the sense of service does not seem a priority of this shop.
Today we bought 3 individual cakes: a verrine with a strawberry on too sweet with tastes not too identifiable; a kind of success to I don't know what: it wasn't taste, too sweet and a single but light texture. The last one, a chocolate cake that looked better, I only tasted a spoon. The chocolate stable on pastries is low in range: I'm used to Barry and Valrhona chocolate. I had already bought bread from them: it's fine, it's well cooked to taste, and millefeuilles that were correct. Anyway, there's more like a pastry shop.
Some good but relatively expensive products. For the rest the welcome leaves to be desired, despite consumption for more than Euros 50.00, the waitresses almost threw us out around 5:55. Kougglopf to Euros 13.00 totally insipid and dry. I cannot recommend this place to consume something on site and the products are expensive in proportion to their average quality.
Home friendly Showcase I threw my devolu on the alsatian white cheese pie that for me is an institution when we come to Alsace but hard to find the pie and I can tell you that it is there! It was our preferred address when we lived close to it. Back for a stop, the reception was unpleasant. If the patisseries were good, vanilla ice break and no proposal to change the glazed cuts without vanilla. The yogurt ice was good, but under a ton of whipped, she lost a little bit of her interet.
I'm going pretty little, but for years, same observation: too high prices, even if the products are of quality... other remark on 29 photos 19 show other parts of the city, especially city hotel, and this has no relation to this patisserie- tea room, which is not at all a restaurant.
We ordered two cakes (Aloha and Sous-bois) for birthdays; the whole family, and especially the 38 and 36-year-olds, enjoyed them for their presentation, their taste not too sweet but fruity or chocolate, and their finesse and lightness, especially after a good meal!
Nice home, quality of impeccable products and prices not excessive. I've known a lot worse for more. Very happy to stop there any time of the day without even knowing in advance what I want to buy and it is always a pleasure at the time of tasting, on site or not.

The breads offered are excellent. The staff is very friendly. The pastries are delicious. If you’re in the corner, don’t hesitate, go!
