Overall, it’s a lovely place. I made reservations for Mother's Day, and when I checked the online menu, I was excited to see so many options, especially the tacos! However, upon arrival, we found that they were serving a fixed menu that was nothing like the original brunch offerings. My mom is allergic to shellfish, and unfortunately, the majority of the fixed menu featured shellfish. As a result, she had to settle for a plain salad. The fixed menu was quite pricey, totaling $530 for five adults and three kids. To top it off, they automatically included an $80 tip. I’m planning to go back in two weeks for a birthday celebration, and I hope for a better experience then.
The restaurant did not disclose that they only have a Mother’s Day menu, like many other restaurants do. We had three kids with us, all under the age of 12, and would not appreciate eating a filet mignon or sea bass. The menu is overpriced with such limited choices. The bathroom is very dirty, disgusting and it smells. The plates, silverware and glasses were very dirty. The glasses were cracked and had watermarks and the waiter wiping them kept using the same towel to wipe every single one. Very nasty and disgusting place. I would never go back to this place, even if they had free food tasting!
A mistake in the beverage order would not have been a problem, but the time to replace it was much longer than it should sit in an almost empty restaurant. The tapas were excellent, but one of our most important courses, a bronzino, was fried instead of grilled, although we were insured twice that it was really grilled. We would have tolerated all this up to the language gap and come back, but then an invoice built with a 20% size for only three people took this restaurant from our let's go back list.
Unfortunately, we were unusable. The whole restaurant was occupied by a Christmas party. There were no tables. We sat at the bar and heard speeches and awards, no music! The restaurant should have made us aware of the situation when booking our reservations! Not happy if we have to go to another restaurant without reservations and waiting for an available table on a busy Friday night!

It was Valentine’s Day. I think the restaurant needs to step up and spend a little more. There was no bread offered. There was no salt and pepper on the table. The food was served way too quickly maybe because they needed the table. They had no record of my reservation made through open table.
Service was poor. Drinks were ordered and never brought. It was calculated on the invoice. Before you pay the bill, make sure it is correct. Our credit card has been charged twice. At least I will never return to this restaurant.
The food is always excellent. However, it seemed that management was unprepared for the large crowd, as there were only a few servers available for a group of 65 guests. I believe there were only about 3 or 4 servers!
I celebrated a special occasion. The place was clean and the food and service wonderful. I recommended this restaurant for all my friends. I will wish you my best for all staff there sincerely
