Pat's Pizza Bistro Salem

we ordered a lot from here. typical if I find a place bad for eating, I leave a 1 star rating. I'm going to leave a two-star review now because you're eating well, except the quesadillas. I leave this evaluation, though, because I am confused, why, twice I have tried to order; while they took me in the handle. However, my important other, while I was waiting and immediately asked what they would like to order. that is not a short time either. both of them I was stopped for 4 minutes or more. I find this unprofessional and confusing. thank you, and I'm sorry they don't feel like they need my business.

Placed an online pick up order for my fiance to grab on his way home. While the food that we actually received was correct, half the order was missing, when trying to review the order through the link on the email, the link repeatedly wouldnt work. Very very unimpressed with their accuracy.

Girl, this place is better than Gus's. Their cheese is perfect, the crust is literally perfect and delicious. The way they make it is amazing. The service is great and the ambiance is wonderful.

All of their food is delicious and the vegetables are fresh and crisp. Salads are outstanding. I have loved every dish from here.

the cheesesteak was fantastic. the owner even came to check that I was satisfied. incredible service for a pizza restaurant.

The pizza is always good, but it always takes over an hour to cook a 15 minute pizza and deliver it 6 miles away.
