Good food, bad services! My first visit about six months ago should have been my last one. I stopped trying her pizza. There were many customers. I stood on the counter for about 10 minutes with employees who did not even notice my presence. Not even as much as a... hi! or we'll help you in a minute. I must have been Mr. Invisible. Well, of course I left. On Friday, June 1, 2018, after work, hungry, I thought I would give Patz Pies another chance. This time there was a handful of cartridges. After visiting the Captain Koch Monument, we stopped at this restaurant feeling extremely thirsty. The staff member was incredibly accommodating, providing us with a large jug of water along with our beer and Pepsi order. She even offered us use of the laundry room, perhaps sensing we needed to freshen up. Although we only tried some pizza, it was absolutely delicious. The hospitality alone would make me want to return. Additionally, there is a lovely terrace at the back with a sea view and a refreshing breeze. Convenient parking is available in the front as well.
I had a fantastic experience at this pizza restaurant on the island! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The 8 build-your-own pizzas were the perfect size for kids, and I was completely satisfied by the end of my meal. If you love garlic bread but prefer marinara sauce, just ask for a little extra on the side. The atmosphere was perfect for families and the food was delicious. I didn't have any negative experiences and would definitely return. Thank you, Pat!
My Italian loved it. Newyork style pizza by the slice or a whole pie. They have roni , cheese, or veggie. The roni it awesome. But what you MUST get here is the malasada. It 's a square fried bad just like a donut without a hole with a sugar coating. And don 't forget the passion fruit custard, to die for. It 's a walk up window only you eat on the porch. We came here three times, if that tells you how good it was. next doors pulled pork sandwiches are a must also)

Love the pizza here. We came here with our boss and colleagues for the first time and had the Carnivore pizza. Crust is thin but airy. Just enough toppings and not too much cheese. Tons of flavour. Great service, friendly staff. The second time we went, we got take out. Tried the Killer pizza and the Margherita pizza and an organic greens salad. Did not disappoint :
Eating a Hawaiian pizza while in the state of hawaii and the island of Hawaii. It's a pizza inception. Great pizza joint, OK view from the balcony, parking is available and is easily accessible from kona via car. Severs are really friendly. The place has a really local vibe. Good pit shop after a long days drive from the beach or Park.
Expensive but good. After a long drive back from the volcano this was a good stopping point. While I thought our two pies were okay the rest of my party thought they were outstanding, thus the positive review. Warning the only have one size pie, 16-inch or by the slice.
In my opinion, this is the best pizza restaurant on the Big Island. The staff is extremely friendly, the views are fantastic, and the atmosphere is cozy. We will definitely make it a point to visit every time we are on the Big Island.

Stopped in for a slice, but left with two more slices for dinner! Great pies, they don't overload the ingredients so the tastes really come through. Pat's a great guy, super friendly place!
Great little pizza cake! My favorite is her Caesar salad and wing. Your pizza is also really delicious!
