Highly recommend PAUL, an old (depuis 1889) AND contemporary bakery. Freshly baked croissants and baguettes throughout the day plus a full array of delicious pastries and sandwiches. Tables available outdoors in the open mall area, and coffees to stay or go. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. My favorite bakery in Chartres, after shopping at several during the week we were here.
We go from time to time and it's a very good bakery, Also thanks to the app too good to go we can do very good business at the end of the day for 3 € we have a two huge sandwich and some treatson is happy like all thanks to that.Without counting the waitress and waitress are ultra friendly!
