Aged 74 years old I often pass like any retired take my chocolate. I've always had a great welcome (smile, kindness and unwavering service. It is a real pleasure because at the time we live the service is often not at the rendezvous. I am frequently served by a dynamic blonde lady (Rabbia????) whom I greet in the passage. I can only encourage the latter to continue on this highly appreciated commercial behavior.

Welcome to be desired (about 5pm), the products are correct (chocolate breads and chocolate chips) except for coming with chocolate chips that was difficult. We wanted to drink a hot glass, but the lady told us that she didn’t know how to use the machine, but maybe we should see how to train her employees well. The morning lady is more welcoming!

We never miss stopping at the time of coffee, but it’s just a pretext to enjoy a pastry. The welcome is warm and the smiles present Yesterday my wife had forgotten a gift packaging and it had been preciously preserved Thanks to the team in place!!

Very good reception by the manager! I can’t say the same things about the rest of the team.. no welcome, no smile, a lot of waiting.. I felt like I bothered them! I had to explain to the seller how TPE (cb) works! Which leaves it to be desired.

Very satisfied. fresh products, and good. all staff are pleasant and efficient. You have to redouble your patience when I see what kind of greedy and demanding customers they are sometimes dealing, hat! I highly recommend.
