This restaurant doesn’t accept cash, which I find quite surprising. The staff was rather unpleasant, a sentiment echoed in several reviews. Their indifference and curt demeanor made for an unwelcoming atmosphere. The business should definitely pay attention to the numerous comments about this issue, as it could harm customer relationships. On a positive note, the food was quite good, but there are better bakeries throughout Northern Virginia that also offer excellent customer service. Because of this experience, I don't think I’ll be returning.
Paul French Bakery Cafe is an incredibly popular and amazing place in Tysons Galleria with truly fantastic foods and beverages! They take great care in crafting high quality menu items that are presented and served beautifully. They have a high volume of business which shows that they are knowledgable about attracting and keeping their customers. Paul French Bakery Cafe is a tremendous asset to the upscale Tysons Galleria Mall and is an awesome place to eat a healthy, nourishing meal or a hot coffee paired with a tasty dessert or pastry!
We went for brunch at this cafe a while back on a Saturday. The cafe had a variety of pastries and other options. As we walked in, we were amazed by the delicious-looking pastries inside the display. However, the food we had was just okay and nothing special. The cafe could be improved in all aspects, especially keeping the seating area clean and tidy. Parking: This cafe is located inside Tysons Galleria and has many customer parking spaces.
Welcome to Paul Bakery, where customers are an inconvenience for the employees. The staff demonstrated a shocking level of incompetence, unable to handle even basic tasks. Wait times were atrocious, making me question whether they even value their customers' time. Overall, it is a frustrating and regrettable visit that I won't be repeating.

While I usually enjoy their pastries and coffee, my experience today was marred by an unfriendly cashier. He seemed to view customers as an inconvenience rather than as guests, and his demeanor conveyed that he was doing us a favor by serving us. This lack of hospitality significantly detracted from my overall enjoyment of the visit.
The best French bakery in the DMV no question. The food is superb and the ambiance is very nice indeed. But the way they guard the napkins and give them out one at a time is nothing short of peculiar for this classy cafe. Parking: Very easy parking in the early afternoon on a weekday.
Great coffee and atmosphere! What more can you ask for?! Haven’t had the chance to dine in or try any of the pastry items but I look forward to it next time. Conveniently located near the entrance/exit.
I heard so much about Paul bakery so I was very excited to try something. I bought a lemon tart but was very disappointed.Soggy pastry and did not taste fresh. Good service but expected more for $9

Everything was so delicious! I absolutely love the cappuccino and iced coffee. The pastries look fantastic too!
