Paul Martin's American Grill - El Segundo

The atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing. Our server was great and I know that sometimes people make mistakes or things happen. There was a hair in my wife’s food and half of the table. Their food was cold. We had a table of a total of 12 people and things happen mistakes happen I will still come here again, but these are things that did happen on my first time here at Paul Martin’s. The restaurant did comp for our food that was cold and had a hair in it and they did give us a free dessert of three butter cakes, which I do recommend people order. They were amazing. I would still come back. It’s just that small mistakes happened and it was my father‘s birthday

While waiting for our table, four of us went to the bar. I ordered a Johnnie Walker Black on the Rocks, the bartender repeated Jack on the rocks, I said no, Johnnie Walker Black , next we ordered Tanquerey Soda in a short glass, he proceeded to get a chimney glass, we had to correct him again. Then the wives wanted Tito’s Cranberry, so we ordered 2 , the bartender said so you want a Double. I said no, we want 2 separate drinks. It was an unfortunate ordeal plus the bartender became annoyed with us. We were there for a Birthday Celebration, first impression felt like a mistake. We were planning on booking our company Christmas party.

LOVE our experience at Paul Martin's! The food was absolutely delicious, every bite of it! Was also impressed with the presentation! The only restaurant that makes their calamari perfect. It is not greasy at all is very crispy. I had the Halibut it was delicious, I ate it all! Husband had the rib-eye which was done to perfection. They even have my favorite Pino Noir, Meiomi! We had not been here since before the pandemic, so, so happy we decided to go! Highly recommend if you want delicious food, great service also great prices!!!

Excellent experience from friendly welcome to exit. Service was amazing food was timely and delicious and the staff was very gracious professional well dressed and very accommodating to the varied needs of a larger group. Appreciate this restaurant for helping to celebrate a 100 bday for an elderly grandmother. Kudos to the restaurant staff and food. I will be back for sure. Reserva una mesa ahora

We sat on a high top in the bar. It was quiet with a great low noise level to watch the Dodgers game. Excellent service and really great food. We will be back!

Tyler was a great sever he was extremely helpful and came to check on us. The food was nice, hot and fresh thanks so much.

Very good food and service. Manager even brought us a piece of complimentary cake with a candle for her birthday
