Today I visited the Paulaner after the takeover of the new hosts. And ambience has changed nothing, the menu remained largely the same as the predecessor. Unfortunately, the liver inflammation soup was desalinated. As a main dish, I decided for a hunting carving with Spätzle and Salat. The homemade lobes were excellent in consistency and taste. The hunting sauce was clearly pampered, the meat was very fried and hard. In the supplement salad there was a clear shot of too much vinegar, which is also the taste experience of tomatoes and cucumbers. Here I will not return as fast as there are qualitatively better restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly. Parking in own underground car park...
went on a Tuesday night and had the pork and swamshaxe. both was a great disappointment. we have been living in Germany for 8 years and have eaten these two dishes in many different restaurants. the pork was tough and tasteless. the blackshaxe was small and tasted as if it had been warmed up days before. Normally, the blackshaxe has a crispy fat cap on it... this was as if it had been in the microwave. both courts came with two semmelknoedel, who were also disappointed. they tasted old and as they were also warmed up. the service was nice but the beer was good, but I will not come back.
the service was very disappointing, the waitress was very unpleasant, she did not speak English and she treated us very badly. she was alone for the entire restaurant and it looks like she was overwhelmed, the hotel is very nice, but the service leaves to be desired. the bartender serves only beer and does not help the waitress. we asked about sausages from little bits and sausages from nürnberg and at the end they brought us out of little, the truth is that they had recommended it to us, but the experience was not good.
This centrally located restaurant offers an excellent good bourgeois cuisine.On the menu is for all tastes. the selection of paulaner beer is great .Here you can comfortably stay with friends or business partners in the evening.Personal is very flotted and nice.The facility is rustic and very cozy. a visit is worth it.

beautiful rustic local in Bavarian style. tasty Swabian and Bavarian food. service accommodating. suitable for wheelchair users because there are no stages. parking in the garage.
have discovered this place three years ago. went back three years later twice to dinner. the service is good and the staff is friendly. eating is not bad either.
great local food, large portions, great quality and always friendly service. take them on a hot day a great beer to eat them and what more you want;)
eating here is definitely worth a try. it is cheap and there are huge portions! their pickles are delicious and also cheap. I love the atmosphere.
