Ottimo Pizza - Reserva de mesa

The pizza at Paulie's is consistently excellent and one of the top choices in the area. I personally love the thin crust, but their square pizza is also delicious. The boneless wings are always fantastic, with high-quality and tasty sauces. The eggplant parmigiana was amazing. I have never been disappointed with anything from their menu, and their customer service is always excellent, friendly, and top-notch.

I am a self-proclaimed pizza enthusiast, having tried pizza from coast to coast. Without a doubt, this place serves one of the best pizzas I've ever had. My daughter had a swimming meet in Union and we needed a quick meal, so naturally we turned to pizza. The brick oven pizza had a great crust and an incredibly delicious taste. Even my daughter, who usually doesn't like pizza, asked for more after her meet.

Three and a half stars truly. A solid local pizza joint. Tried a slice fresh from the oven and an Italian mix sub. The bread was warm and tasty, the meats and cheese were good quality. The slice was pretty good, nothing to write home about but solid. The cheese and sauce eclipsed the dough. Weak crust. Fast and friendly service. Place was pretty clean looking. Give it a try!

Very good brick oven pizza, fresh dough, fresh ingredients, baked nicely. I lived in NYC for years, Paulie's is quality equal to best pizza in the city.

This is hands down my favorite pizza in town. Sometimes there are a few inconsistencies, but it's clear that a lot of hard work goes into making it.
