This restaurant, located in the hotel Trofana Royal, was a truly enchantment. They serve in a way I've only seen once in St. Petersburg. All the waiters were very weel coordinated so the food arrived at the same moment at everyone at the table. The...best dish was creamy tarte of goose liver with green apple. Also, the filet of veal and beef with potatoes and onions was delicious. I didn't personally liked it, but the people around me said it was fabulous- the small refreshment of basil and menthe. They had a very good Hennesy cognac. I liked the wine- a 2010 Sancerre d'Antan. The prices are high but it worths.

We have been there two times, one dinner for testing the quality, second was the new year eve gala dinner. Unfortunately we have got the same Amuse-Bouches on both dinners, and the first was a very great experience the second was just the repeating.The kitchen is really excellent and is the money worth in all aspects.In general the new year eve party was very nice including the comfortable place for the fireworks.Conclusion: if you choose to go there just make sure that you get differed Amuse-Boushes by the second visit. We had the 6 course menu and enjoyed it very much. Beside the great quality of food was a special focus on presentation. Several very creative arrangements/effects made it a great experience. Take time and come hungry! Additional to the 6 courses we got 2...amuse gueule, great selection of bread with different kinds of butter, additional to dessert as finish a selection of truffles and chocolate and finally lipstick and cigars to eat. Better don't have lunch if you take the menu for dinner. :

One of Ischgl's two Michelin-starred restaurants, and fully deserved. I won't go into detail because that would spoil, but let me just say that every aspect of the food and service exceeded my expectations. If you buy wine by the glass, they fill it bit by bit so it stays cold, not the entire glass at one time. The only other place I have seen that is Pier Chic in Dubai. Beyond outstanding.

It is a lovely fine dinning restaurant. The environment is nice and cosy. Each and every dish was delicious and carefully decorated. The service was good and attentive. We had a great time and would easily recommend it to anyone up for fine dinning in...Ischgl.
