This evening we dined at Pazzia for the very first time. We chose this place because of the awesome reviews and we were not disappointed. Excellent service and the food could not have tasted better. We ordered bread, which was maybe the best bread we’ve ever eaten. Hot, crusty and chewy. This came served with a tiny dish of olive oil to dunk in. The bread was literally steaming when cracked open. We also ordered a Caesar salad and split that. The kitchen was kind enough to divide into two dishes for us. We had the lasagna (best I’ve ever had) and the rigatoni with house made sausage. When I say it was the best, I sincerely mean it. Incredible meal, service and excellent ambiance. We sat outs...
However, the food was actually quite good. We enjoyed dishes like squid ink pasta with arrabiata sauce, linguine alla vongole, and Caesar salad. The desserts were also delicious. The seating was congested, leading to elevated noise levels, as expected from reviews. The tight seating arrangement even required the people next to us to move their table so I could exit.
I was hoping for a great evening at what some reviewers called the best Italian restaurant in SF. Unfortunately, I can't agree with that sentiment. I won't be returning in the future.
I ate dinner here as part of a work event. The staff was very friendly and attentive during our time here. My drink order was remembered through the night and any time I reordered it was smooth and quick. The food was of great quality and flavor. The server recommended my dish between two options provided to her, and it did not disappoint. In fact, the whole table clapped when my 'Flintstone of a chop ' arrived. Great atmosphere,staff, food, and drinks.
The service at this restaurant is excellent! It was clear that there were many regular customers who were greeted with hugs by the staff when they arrived and left. The service was just as outstanding as the food. Everything was fantastic, but the tortellini was especially delicious. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5.

Came here for the special menu, I ordered squid ink seafood pasta, the noodle is good, seafood is good, one thing that fall under my expectation is that the sauce is pure tomato sauce. I expected it to be tomato base but also with real squid ink
WOW!!!!! Highly recommend this amazing, cute, delicious Italian restaurant! Service was outstanding, the setting is cute and cozy. The food was absolutely finger liking good! We also ordered lasagna and pizza sorry I didn’t take pictures.
I always have an amazing time at this restaurant. The food is delicious and tastes like it was cooked at home. The atmosphere is lively and phenomenal. If you're lucky, you might even get a chance to meet Massimo.
Extremely friendly staff. The hostess is amazing! Food was very good,they also changed what I didn’t like without any questions. Cozy atmosphere.

I got the spinach, lasagna, and Tiramisu and they were all super delicious! Prices were very fair and staff was super friendly. Highly recommend!
Pasta was great. Pizza was a bit soggy in the middle. Still good though. Good atmosphere, there's a hidden bar space.Food: 4/5
