Thank you to our customers for your support over the years, but unfortunately, this restaurant is now CLOSED. It's no surprise, given the state it was in. There were bugs all over the floor, and the wooden floors were so dirty—they looked like they hadn’t been mopped in years. The place was never swept, leaving old crumbs and even fragments of bones scattered about. This restaurant has really gone downhill, with everything being overpriced. None of the dinner options come with soup or salad—what a letdown! Hopefully, a good Italian restaurant will move into this space. It definitely needs a deep clean and thorough sanitization. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
Let me start by saying the food is absolutely amazing! The lasagna and lobster ravioli are top tier! The service was horrible! When we walked in the host had her back turned towards us and never turned around she talked to us with her back turned the entire time! Then she ended up being our waitress which was horrible, she gave us the wrong check with someone else debit card in there and when she bring our check she said “this is your check it’s less expensive” I would recommend take out if you eat her because the experience was very bad but the food was amazing
Was in there to eat on Sunday the food and drinks were great. It was kind of a quite night. We were one of the last tables left in the restaurant Our server made a big scene, she came out and started yelling at the bartender about locking some room in the back. The bartender just walked away saying if she has a problem with it to talk to the owner. I feel she did the right thing by walking away and not adding fuel to the fire. Definitely need to straighten out the server.
Food was ok, but the service was not good. Our server didn't provide a wine list because they said they were out of most of the bottles listed. This dining experience was very different from our previous dinner at Pazzo Bene and we will not be going back.. overall very disappointing. There were very few people in the restaurant for a Saturday night.

Very disappointing on a Friday night . Greg the owner was not there and I suspect this restaurant is not long for the world Who ever was the chef made Veal Saltimbocca in a marinara sauce . My wife's chicken was over sautéed and almost black .
This has got to be the best Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at...there are fancier restaurants, but as far as the actual food, this family owned restaurant makes the most amazing dishes.
This restaurant was closed when we arrived, so we had to find another place to eat. The manager should have had the courtesy to notify patrons with reservations in advance. Thumbs down!
We've visited this restaurant several times, and the food is consistently outstanding. The service has also been excellent. I would highly recommend stopping by and dining here—10/10!

The Gnocchi and shrimp with pasta, and fried calamari were all fresh and very good! Our server, Donna, was knowledgeable and very friendly snd accommodating. Definitely will go again!
What a find! Food was exceptional, service impeccable and ambiance comfortable for a lovely evening of fine Italian food. Absolutely go if you haven't been — you'll be glad you did!
