Partner and I came for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Table service was fast and efficient. The atmosphere was promising with the amount of customers seated.
Unfortunately the let was the poor quality of food! Pancakes were well undercooked and doughy & The cream had been over whipped into butter. My "Cappuccino" was in fact not. I receive a cup of quite obvious, plunged coffee, with a scooping of foamed milk on top. My partners all day breakfast looked fulfilling yet consisted of dry overcooked sausages, cold bacon rashers, cold toast and an unpromising looking tomato.
This place has a great location but the let down has definitely been the food in this instance.
that looks good and is very clean.Ab..... the prices are ridiculous. had the delightful chili con carne, which from low grad minze on precooked rice. I am sure it was microwaved. it was at least cheap. no was nice and explained her chef was gone. if my daughter made that I would be disappointed and she is a small rabate I rejected.Bland, overpriced and a blatant demolition. they must look at their prices or improve their quality and standards
The food was bland, no flavour, and a very generic menu. The staff was so rude. The over charged me and told the extra charge was for "their service", even though the menu price was cheaper than what they charged. I will not recommended to anyone.
We go there regularly for breakfast and we cant fault them. Service and food is top notch and very reasonably priced. Seating arrangements leave plenty of room to get in and out of your seat.

what a nice atmosphere and pleasant staff who were efficient and had time to chat. wonderful and will visit again safe, best chips I cost in a long time
This place is pretty good value for money, and the food is nice. The coffee isnt the best thing ever, but the pancakes are tops and decently priced too.

Whenever Mum comes and meets me for lunch this is where she takes meIt is tucked away a bit in one of the quieter entrances of a busy Lakeside.
Love the cute atmosphere here, you don't feel like you are in a busy shopping centreStaff are always lovely and service prompt.
