What a pleasure to have lunch at a small family-owned local business that delivers what it promises. Organic Farm Fresh food that is simply prepared and just delicious. I could not help but notice that everything on every table looked beautiful colorful and freshly made. The menu is simple and everything is made from scratch. This is an American Style Cafe with healthy sandwiches, wraps, bowls, and salads. The owner is Mexican and she makes the most delicious salsa and chips that I've had on the east coast. The daily lunch special is absolutely brilliant offering a cup of soup, a half sandwich or wrap, beverage along with chips and salsa as a side, for $12.99. Definitely the best deal in tow...

I used to love coming to this place. They’ve made the quantity of food less and the price is higher. I realize “everyone” is doing this since the pandemic. I ordered today and my salad is small and soggy with dressing on the side. I used to love the shiitake mushroom dressing. They’ve changed the recipe and I preferthe old recipe. I’ve given it a try after being away for a year or so and I think I will not be back.

This establishment is truly commendable. The items on the menu are prepared with fresh ingredients and are all homemade, including the bread. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

I bought a bowl it was just boiled chicken with can beans and moochi rice would not go back to pay almost $20 for something I couldn't eat no flavor in this food at all

Stopped by to check on the times they are open, and was happy to see they were. First time there, and we both loved out meals. Clean, quiet, and great food
