Pearl East - Reservar una mesa

My husband and I have birthdays two days apart so we decided to have an early dinner at Pearl East in Manhasset, NY. Unfortunately, the hostess at the front desk (who I’ve never seen before) was rude and insisted on seating us at a small table when I asked if we could be seated at a larger table. Our plates were hanging over the edge of the table. This is the first time we were denied a larger table and there were only four other people dining in the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, two women came in and asked for a larger table; and yes, they were accommodated. Our Server was attentive but the hostess’s lack of professionalism put a damper on our meal.

All the dishes we ordered were better than ever. Excellent. The service was good but they rushed us to give our table to new customers. They brought us the check before we finished our main dishes.

Pearl is always a winner. I've dined here a few times with family and the food and service have been great.
