We love the Golden Moon. It's our vacation getaway every 2-3 months! (Sometimes more often. The staff is wonderful and we have befriended several and that makes it even more special to see your friends on vacation! It does get abit too loud on Friday and Saturday nights when the bands play. I prefer to hear but have to turn my hearing aides off during that time... but when the bands quit, it's nice again. We do wish they'd fix the elevators though. Not many seem to alert the staff when something is wrong or needs repair in rooms or elsewhere. So they don't know! After a horrific stay over Christmas, they invited us back for another shot at a good experience. After traveling for work for some time, we decided on a new trip date. The manager contacted me, added 4 other people to our communication and set up the date. Unfortunately, my flight home was cancelled for weather, and we had to reschedule, and believe it or not not one person of the 5 on the email answered me. I responded again, with no response from ANY of the people . I called, with no call back. This is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever received in the industry. this was our second time staying at this hotel, the first time was for 5 days this time for 3 days. On arrival the rooms are clean and nice however both times we have asked for housekeeping services and never received it. In fact housekeeping never came at all. When I asked the front desk about it all they would tell me is they come on the 2nd day, but even then no one never came. When I checked out I was asked how our stay was and when mentioned the housekeeping issue the front desk lady replied with that’s good have a nice day. Other than that it was a good stay.
The worst dealers I've ever come across. They seemed like they were forced to be there, which made for a very unwelcoming atmosphere. I didn't enjoy my experience at all and will NEVER return. Rooms: 2, Service: 1, Location: 1.

Enjoyed the live music and band and they were lots of people their but still wasn't crowded and plenty of slot machines to choose from Service: 5

Didn't stay in their rooms but the Casino is pretty nice. It's not Las Vegas, but it's fun.
