Went to the store to purchase fresh coffee beans. Most of the stock was from two or three weeks ago. They do get a fresh shipment every Wednesday, but the barista would not make the effort to locate the new produce. They preferred to refund me my money instead of opening up a fresh bag since it would ruin the experience for other customers. Said I should coordinate with the manager so I can get fresh coffee. Alfred Peet's would be very disappointed with this response, the refund and a customer having to leave without the fresh coffee they are suppose to be selling. I was in the mood for a hot coffee before my hair appointment, so I attempted to go to Starbucks but they were closed. Luckily, Peet's was nearby and I made it just in time before they closed! I was originally planning on getting a hot vanilla latte, but decided to try something new and ordered a hot churro latte, one of their featured drinks. I was unsure if I would like it, so I ordered a small size. After my first sip, I wished I had gotten a medium because it was incredibly delicious! I haven't enjoyed a coffee that much in a long time. It was exactly what I needed and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, Peet's!
I had the best experience there today! I was buying a to go jug of coffee for all my my coworkers. It took a little longer to brew up, which was totally fine. But the gentleman making it added in a small bag of coffee beans because of the long wait. The environment was so friendly and inviting. I had such a great experience, totally restored my hope in humanity.
We ordered two hot chocolates and a couple of pastries. Everything tasted delicious and was served quickly, even though they were understaffed. The restaurant was clean, although the bathroom was closed off, so we had to go to Whole Foods. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Peet's Coffee got a makeover! Their storefront finally got completed and they brought out their outdoor furniture again to enjoy your beverage. The windows are now full length of the wall, I do hope some window shading is in the works. Service is always done with a smile.
Peet?s is a place that fell of my radar until today, but it?s absolutely great to rediscover this place! Out of any of the coffee shops they have by far the most best vegan options and in my honest opinion, their food and drinks are just better!
I tried my first mint matcha blended oat milk at Peets in Torrance and it was amazing! The baristas were friendly and skilled at making great espresso and matcha drinks. I highly recommend this cafe!
Why bother putting a paper sticker on the top of the straw hole if it's just going to rip and make it extremely difficult to insert your straw?

I ordered coffees for my whole team, and everything was perfect. The delivery was prompt, and the quality of the drinks was outstanding.
The Havana Cappuccino was fantastic and the delivery packaging was done in a way to prevent any spills! Incredible!
