I tried to avoid writing this review but I guess I must in order for the coffee and service to improve. Let me be clear here: this review is for afternoon staff . I do get great coffee and service from morning team. The Team afternoon is just careless, they won't greet you, they will make you wait at the register and talk to each other, quality of drink is just zero. Today especially my drink was cold. I mean it. They didn't care to properly froth the milk. They made me to wait to make they payment and left me unattended to go and make the drink. I understand intention was good probably but you don't leave client at the register and expect him to wait to make the payment. This is the moment...
This Peets Coffee location has a convenient drive-through option, which is our go-to choice. In addition to that, they also offer indoor and outdoor seating for those looking to sit and work or unwind. I deducted one star due to their frequent shortage of items we wanted to order, a problem that persisted during this visit. However, we are accustomed to this issue and always have backup choices in mind. The staff is friendly, the service is relatively quick, and they consistently get our orders correct. The drinks are delicious, and they offer a variety of alternative milk options for customization.
This store is amazing! It has a busy drive-through and seating for 25 comfortably. The employees are amazing, fun, excited about working and take customer service seriously. The place is amazingly clean and an interesting group of customers who are , diverse, respectful and pleasant! This is one of the best Peet?s store I?ve visited and highly recommend!

First timer to this brand. A very good competitor to the big green coffee shops. Friendly and efficient staff filling orders. A good range of breakfast sandwiches to go with a wide range of drink recipes, with some unique flavors like The Black Tie option. There is a drive thru and a small amount of indoor and outdoor seating.
I ordered a Maple Walnut Scone and I do not believe that what I received was actually a scone. I even double checked with the cashier and he insisted that it was. I decided to let it slide this time due to the wait in the drive thru, but proper training is definitely needed. This is definitely not a scone!
The barista's were very rude..the environment and atmosphere of the cafe was very gloomy...... My drinks were also made incorrectly and I left the cafe while feeling upset. DO not go to this Peet's coffee cafe people. It's not a good one. There are better ones in Northern Virginia.

Personally, I believe Peet's Coffee is better tasting when compared with Starbucks. Location is very clean and everyone is anxious to assist with placing an order to understanding the specific coffee selection.
