I received some very horrible customer service from this young lady I ordered a small regular coffee and it took like 30 minutes for me to get it I have to basically go up there and ask for my coffee because she didn't care about me anymore after I paid. This was a very unpleasant and emotional situation that I was in I felt very embarrassed and ashamed not even went into this location but I never will I'm very disappointed at the customer service that this young lady has presented to me. The coffee was very good. The hostess was very nice. I have to mark you down because they put the seam of the cup towards the front and therefore hot coffee dribbled all over me. THANKS! This is barista 101, the cup seam goes OPPOSITE the drinking hole. If I've helped just one person, it will have been worth it.
This Peet's Coffee location in Fremont is tidy and well-maintained. They emphasize social distancing and hygiene during COVID. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick! It's definitely a must-visit place for an excellent cup of coffee.

Overall a nice place and has a consistent quality. Service is fine. But the prices have been going up regularly. $5.70 for a cup of latte is too much. There seems to be no regulations for Peet's and Starbucks.
The drinks are always expertly crafted, and the food choices are delightful too! I genuinely appreciate every aspect of Peet's. They provide high-quality menu items and deliver outstanding customer service.
Coffee is always good, my frittata was burnt and I didn't receive a straw for my iced coffee. Also no seal on the bag, drink or anything. This location struggles with inconsistency.
This restaurant offers the best prices in the East Bay and excellent quality service. I would definitely recommend it, as they guarantee customer satisfaction!

The location was great and they have good coffee. Staffs were nice and I like the vibe of this place.
The pumpkin bread was petite and overbaked, while the coffee had a burnt flavor as well.
